How do I book, reserve, or get tickets?
You can request a booking, reservation, or ticket details through the contact form on the home page. Click here to book your tour, and I will follow up with the next available details.
Where do we meet?

Tours generally depart from Tour Orleans, located in the heart of the French Quarter at:

620 Decatur Street
New Orleans, LA 70130

You will receive an exact confirmation message prior to the tour. Routes can shift slightly depending on the night, so always check your final booking email.

Who leads the tours?
Every tour is led by me, Jenna. As an officially licensed tour guide, I lead each experience personally, blending real history, occult lore, local context, and storytelling throughout the walk.
Can we bring drinks?
Yes. New Orleans is a go-cup city, so you can bring a drink along. I make sure there are moments to pause, sit when possible, and grab a drink if needed instead of powering through nonstop.
Are there jump scares?
No. The atmosphere is real, but there are no actors jumping out at you. I focus on genuine history, eerie locations, and authentic hauntings rather than cheap thrill effects.
Is the tour family-friendly?
Yes. The tours are appropriate for a wide range of ages and work well for families who want history, haunting stories, and a strong sense of place without an over-the-top scare factor.
How long is the tour?
The tour is approximately 2 hours long.
How much walking is involved?
Expect a relaxed walking pace for about 2 hours through the mostly flat French Quarter. Comfortable shoes help, and I work in pauses so the pace stays easy to enjoy.
Is there time to sit or take a break?
Yes. While it is a walking experience, I make sure there are moments to pause, sit down when possible, and even take opportunities to get something to drink, so you can catch your breath instead of powering through nonstop.
Where can I park?
Parking near the French Quarter can be limited and rates vary. If you can, walking, rideshare, or public transportation is usually less stressful than trying to hunt for a close spot.
Are the tours wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the tours are wheelchair and stroller accessible, and service animals are allowed. The route is typically through flat, paved areas of the French Quarter.
What should I wear or bring?
The tour operates in all weather conditions, so checking the forecast and dressing comfortably for the elements is highly recommended. Comfortable shoes are a must for the 2-hour walk.
Does the tour still run in bad weather?
Yes, the tour operates in all weather conditions. Tours run in rain, heat, and regular New Orleans weather, so dressing for the conditions is the best move.
Do we go inside any haunted locations?
Yes, we will go into at least one haunted location. This is one of the differences in my tour; we step inside a known haunted location rather than staying entirely on the sidewalk.
What happens if there's a parade or road closure?
The French Quarter is alive, so routes may shift for parades, road closures, or second lines. The tour still goes on and the stories are just as strong.
Is the experience more history, more paranormal, or both?
Both. I combine documented local history with authentic paranormal stories, so the experience feels grounded, atmospheric, and still full of mystery.
Will the route ever change?
Yes, routes are subject to change for any reason due to parade routes, road closures, second lines, or neighborhood activity, while still keeping the experience strong.
Do I need to print a physical ticket?
No, a mobile ticket is completely fine. There is no need to print a paper ticket unless you simply prefer having one.
What language is the tour offered in?
The tour is offered in English. I personally guide each experience, sharing local history and stories.
Can I bring a service animal?
Yes, service animals are always allowed on the tour.
Are there any health restrictions?
The tour involves about 2 hours of walking. While most travelers can comfortably participate, it is not recommended for those with heart problems or serious medical conditions that prevent relaxed walking.
How large are the tour groups?
To keep the experience personal and ensure everyone can hear the stories, tours are capped at a maximum of 28 travelers.
What should I wear or bring?
Since the tour operates in all weather conditions and is a 2-hour walking experience, I recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes and dressing appropriately for the evening's weather. Feel free to bring an umbrella if rain is in the forecast, and you are welcome to bring a drink with you.
Can we take photos during the tour?
Yes, I encourage you to take photos! However, please turn off your flash to be respectful of others and the atmosphere. Feel free to share any paranormal anomalies you capture!
What happens if we capture something paranormal?
If you believe you have captured an anomaly in a photo, you are welcome to show me. We love seeing what guests discover on the tour!
Is the tour scripted?
No, the tour is completely non-scripted. Instead of a memorized routine, I adapt the stories to the group, the route, and the night, making every walk unique and conversational.
